Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This page explains what information YieldBasics (“we”, “us”) handles when you use yieldbasics.com (the “Site”). In short: we don’t have accounts, we don’t use cookies or analytics, and we only see the information you choose to send us through the contact form.

Information we collect

Contact form. If you send us a message, we receive the topic, your name (optional), your email address and your message. We use them only to read and answer your message. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service, which passes the message to our inbox; Web3Forms processes it under its own privacy policy. We keep messages in our mailbox only as long as needed to reply and follow up, and we never sell or share them for marketing.

No accounts, cookies or tracking. The Site has no sign-up or login, sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and icons are served from the Site itself, not from third-party font services.

Your theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers the choice in its local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Hosting logs. The Site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may log technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the Site. We don’t have access to these logs for tracking purposes; see the GitHub Privacy Statement.

The rates table links to exchanges, wallets and DeFi platforms, often through referral links (see our Terms). When you follow a link, you leave the Site and the other site’s own privacy policy applies. Referral links may tell that platform you came from YieldBasics; we don’t receive your personal data from them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete any message you sent us. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU or UK), you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing and to complain to your local data-protection authority. To make a request, use the contact form.

Children

The Site is not intended for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle information (for example by adding analytics), we will update this page and the date above.
