These terms apply to your use of yieldbasics.com (the “Site”), run by YieldBasics (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

What the Site is

YieldBasics compares crypto earn rates (APR / APY) published by exchanges, wallets and DeFi platforms. It is an information service only. We don’t hold, move or manage anyone’s assets, we don’t offer any financial product, and we are not affiliated with the platforms we list unless we say so.

Not financial advice

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to use any platform or product. Crypto assets are volatile, and earn products carry real risks, including the platform failing, restricting withdrawals, changing terms, smart-contract bugs and losses from price moves. Do your own research, read each platform’s terms, and only deposit what you can afford to lose.

Rates can be wrong or out of date

Rates are collected automatically once a day from each platform’s public data, and a few are checked by hand (those rows show the date we checked). Platforms change their rates, caps and conditions at any time, and rates may differ by region, account tier or verification level. We try to keep the table accurate but can’t guarantee it is complete, correct or current. The platform’s own site is always the authority. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.

Some links on the Site, including the “View offer” buttons in the rates table, are referral links to third-party exchanges, wallets and protocols. If you sign up through one of them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Referral arrangements never affect how offers are ordered: the table is sorted by rate (or, in the “New users” tab, by estimated reward) only.

Third-party sites

Links take you to sites we don’t control. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their services, availability or content.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the Site: for example by attempting to break or overload it, scraping it in a way that harms its availability, or sending spam or abusive messages through the contact form.

Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text and code are owned by YieldBasics or used under licence. Platform names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Rate data comes from the platforms’ public information.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YieldBasics is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its information, including losses on any platform you reach through it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Site means you accept it.
